LS2 FF817 Challenger 2 is a touring helmet constructed with an HPFC (High-Performance Fiber Composite) shell for lightweight strength and impact management. It features a Max Vision visor with Pinlock® 120XLT MaxVision™ anti-fog insert included, and an integrated sun visor with an easy-remove system. The helmet is equipped with a COOLMAX® liner for moisture management, a micrometric metal buckle, and an emergency release system.

- Visor (External): Max Vision visor with quick-release system for tool-less changes; anti-scratch and UV-resistant coating; double-injection visor rubber for effective sealing. Pinlock® 120XLT MaxVision™ anti-fog insert included.
- Visor Lock: Visor button lock for secure closure.
- Visor (Internal): Integrated sun visor with easy-remove system for sun protection.
- Ventilation System: Top vent and exhaust ports combined with channeled EPS for airflow management; includes breath deflector to reduce fogging.
- Liner: COOLMAX® liner for moisture management, high breathability, and quick drying; hypoallergenic and antibacterial; removable, washable, and breathable.
- Comfort Features: Magnetic chin curtain for wind and noise reduction.
- Communication: Ready for LS2 INTERCOM system installation.
